Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms set forth the conditions for using the web service "Muscape" (the "Service") provided by Netwiz LLC (the "Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service is a free web application that allows users to simultaneously play up to 4 YouTube videos as audio sources and adjust the volume of each channel to create a personal soundscape. The Company may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

  • Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of the Company or third parties
  • Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  • Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 4 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Copyrights of YouTube videos belong to respective rights holders, and users shall view videos in accordance with YouTube's Terms of Service.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability, or changes to the Service. No warranties are made regarding accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.

Article 6 (Data Handling)

Mix configuration data is stored in the user's browser (localStorage). No personal data is stored on the Company's servers. The Company is not responsible for recovering data lost due to browser data deletion.

Article 7 (Amendments)

The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice. Amended Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Service.

Article 8 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes.
